Welcome to the Falls at Cascade Palms (FACP)! The FACP is a well-established and vibrant community of 215 expansive single-family homes with 2 and 3 car garages. This is an active covenant community in the City of South Fulton. We are within easy access of I-20 and I-285, and just a quick drive (approximately 20 minutes) from the Camp Creek Marketplace, as well as downtown Atlanta, and the nation's busiest airport, Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International.
